Random and colorful pieces of glazed tile cemented into a mosaic.

This course is designed to help facilitators of Anti-Racism/Anti-Oppression/Multicultural curricula and groups develop skills to facilitate in a way that decreases harm and promotes transformation. This course is required for all Mosaic Skill Up group facilitators (Modules 1-5) and anyone planning on using the Mosaic Lifespan Anti-Racism Curriculum (all modules). However, any facilitator interested in using an AR/AO/MC lens in their facilitation is encouraged to take this course.

  2. Grounding in theology, spirituality, and embodied practice
  3. How learning and change happens
  4. Facilitation for transformation

Module 5 focuses on developing skills for facilitating on Zoom.
