How do I reorder the staff?

I need to put the staff in a certain order when adding them. Of course the lead minister comes first on the list. How can I order the staff like I want?

Someone answered this: Changing the Published date didn’t work for me, but the instructions in the Staffer plugin suggested using the plugin “Post Types Order”, which works very well! Drag-and-drop reordering.
