Ministry is relationship. Offering search committees a way to get to know you and experience your ministry will help set you up for a good match. There are different methods of “showing” your ministry along side your Ministerial record, which merely “tells” about you.

Ministerial Website

Websites are a nice option for ministers who have the technical savvy to create and maintain one. There are many low-cost (or free) options available.

On-Line Folder

Providing a link with view-only access to an on-line folder which anyone with the link can access (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) with documents or links. See this visual guide (PDF) on how to share files confidently via Google Docs or Dropbox.

Creating and sharing an attractive one-sheet with links is a simple option.

What to Include

  • An expanded a biography including a vision for Unitarian Universalism and your ministry
  • Links to video-recorded sermons and whole services.
  • Photos of you in your ministerial role
