Off-site registrants are able to watch live webcasts of select workshops and type in questions to presenters. They also are able to watch live-streaming video of the mini assemblies on any proposed bylaw amendments, proposed Congregational Study Action Issues, or draft Statements of Conscience. Delegates will be able to propose amendments.
