Wordpress 5.8 has anyone updated?
Wordpress 5.8 came out on July 20th, 2021. Has anyone tried it with the UUA theme yet? Anything to watch out for?

Not the UUA theme, but one of my sites is on managed WordPress, so it was automatically installed; no issues.
WP Tavern is a great site for keeping updated with all things WordPress:

We did and there seems to be a pretty large conflict with the UUA Services plugin. The upgrade didn't seem to affect anything but I had to go to our widgets screen today and it's a wall of red error messages. I'd attach a screenshot but that doesn't seem to be an option here.
I haven't found any way to report this kind of problem to the developers. I posted it on the websters group and in the FB group in addition to mentioning it here. I hope someone who can fix the problem is reading one of those. I'm torn about rolling back; we've done work on the site since we did the upgrade and I hate trying to track down and redo everything we've done, but we might have no choice.
This can be fixed by installing the Classic Widgets plugin.
Again, has anyone updated to 5.8 and does installing Classic Widgets plugin fix the Services plugin issues?

Gary, I did go ahead and upgrade to 5.8. Installing the Classic Widgets plugin makes the widgets work. I am unaware of any Services plugin issues. I haven't seen any problems there at all.
