Our Wave Cohort Launches in September!
If you identify as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color (BIPOC), you’re warmly invited to the UUA Central East Region’s monthly BIPOC gathering—a virtual space for connection, reflection, and spiritual grounding. We meet on Zoom every third Wednesday at 6:30pm ET. All BIPOC lay folks, leaders, and religious professionals are welcome.
This fall, our group will also be one of the UUA’s Wave Cohorts—which are practice groups to explore how UUs are meeting the moment we’re in. We will be exploring the needs of our communities, and what’s emerging for BIPOC UUs. Our cohort titled, The Wisdom We Carry, will meet monthly from September through December for 60-minute sessions focused on reflection, discernment, and collective visioning rooted in justice, ancestral wisdom, and resilience.
Register today
To participate in the Wave Cohort, please register by September 12, 2025.
Please share this opportunity with BIPOC members and affinity groups in your congregation.
