Chanel coordinates the marketing and delivery of New England regional workshops, trainings, and web-based learning events per year. This involves managing many details: scheduling presenters, booking venues, purchasing food, coordinating onsite logistics, hospitality volunteers, audio-visual equipment, tracking registrations and payments, communicating event details, creating and reviewing feedback surveys, processing expenses and honorariums. Chanel also provides technical support for online learning events, tracks event metrics, and helps plan the events budget.
