Journeys of Deeper Joy RPG

Curious about the new roleplaying game (RPG) curriculum, Journeys of Deeper Joy? Join project lead Ember Oak Kelley for an introduction to this resource that uses storytelling, imagination, and play to build community. Whether you’re a religious educator, minister, youth advisor, or lay leader, this session will help you understand what the curriculum is, how it works, and how it can support community building in your setting.

Designed for multigenerational use and adaptable to many contexts, Journeys of Deeper Joy requires no prior RPG experience. This event will walk participants through the curriculum’s grounding principles, the structure of the lessons, available alternate formats, and practical ways to implement it in congregations or small groups. You’ll also get a glimpse of the world of Covenantia, its characters, and the simple Grounded–Flow dice system.

Come learn how this curriculum can help build connection. You’ll leave with the inspiration for bringing this new curriculum to life.
