Gathering people who are serving more than one congregation to learn together and make connections.

We are noticing that it is becoming more common again for religious professionals to serve more than one community/congregation. Some are doing this through an intentional partnership with the sites, while many of us put together a few part-time positions on our own. Either way, you are doing multi-site work.

We want to gather folks doing this to learn together about what’s working, challenges, opportunities, and more. This is for ministers, administrators, religious educators, membership professionals, musicians, and other staff serving more than one community or congregation.

In addition to staff, we welcome lay leaders from congregations who are doing this intentionally as a “yoked” ministry. Please designate one — if you have a “shared ministry” team, for example, select someone from that group.
