For what time period should we report financial information?
The financial numbers you submit during Certification of Membership should be the actual totals from the most recently ended fiscal year.
This applies to these statistics:
- Total Operating Expenses
- Pledge Income
- Pledge Units
For example:
- If your congregation's fiscal year ends on June 30, provide the actual numbers for the fiscal year July 1, 2011-June 30, 2012.
- If your congregation's fiscal year ends on December 30, provide the actual numbers for the fiscal year January 1-December 30, 2012.
