How do I use the online system to submit our membership numbers?
To complete congregational Certification online, log into the congregation's account at the Data Services Login Page for Congregations. You will need your congregation's four-digit UUA ID number and the case-sensitive password that has been set for the account. Once you are logged in, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. Then you will see the Annual Congregation Inventory menu which contains five sections for your congregation's updater(s) to complete as part of this annual process: Directory Listing, Financials, Membership, Congregational Poll, and a Questionnaire.
The deadline to complete Certification of Membership is Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 5 p.m. PST. After you certify your congregation's membership number and other information, you are free to log in to the system again and make changes to the data you have submitted, as long as you do so by the deadline! You will not be able to log in and make changes after 5 p.m. PST on February 1.
Remember that while anyone at your congregation can be authorized to input the congregation’s membership number on the web site, the number that is entered must be certified as accurate by a minister or officer of the congregation. Take care when certifying your membership.
