SUSAN FREDERICK-GRAY: Hi. I'm Reverend Susan Frederick-Gray. I'm the minister of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Phoenix. I'm also the head of the Arizona Immigration Ministry with support from the UUA and the UU funding panel.
Unitarian Universalist congregations have been on the forefront in Arizona, working for immigration reform and for human rights. We've been working with organizations like Puente, the CDBs, Tonatierra, Mi Familia Vota, and Somos America. And we've built strong ties with these organizations.
Right now, we're busy preparing for Justice GA, which will be right here in Phoenix this June. This Justice General Assembly will be an opportunity for us to worship together, learn together, and witness for our core values of human dignity and human rights-- not just here in Arizona but throughout our country.
I extend this invitation to join me and Unitarian Universalists from across the country, to join with the human rights partners on the ground for Justice GA. I'll be at Justice GA. I hope to see you there.
