Assessing Our Leadership (PDF, 37 pages) was published in June 2001, and offers ideas on developing and implementing a process for the ongoing evaluation of a congregation's leadership, both clergy and lay.
The companion tool, Congregational Self-Assessment (PDF, 42 pages), helps congregations take a careful look at their overall ministry.
