Unity Temple Unitarian Universalist, Oak Park, Illinois: Breakthrough Congregation
The fourth and last breakthrough congregation to be honored at this General Assembly (GA) was Unity Temple Unitarian Universalist. This congregation has grown from 250 to 500 members and its budget has grown from $144,000 to $740,000 in the last ten years. The excellently-produced video about the church showed some of the many reasons why.
