How do I make corrections and additions to our membership list?
NEW: Using a my.UUA.org Account
If an authorized leader or staff of your congregation has a my.UUA.org account, you can update the membership list online.
Once you are logged into your my.UUA.org account, if you are authorized as a Data Services Updater for your congregation, you see your congregation's name and a "Manage Members" link on your home page. Click the link to see the list. Click a member's name to update information about the member.
Mailing a Paper Listing
Your my.UUA.org account also offers a printable listing of your members. You can print it, write corrections neatly on the listing and mail to:

Or, your can email circulation [at] uua [dot] org with the updated information. Please type your four-digit Church ID number in the subject line of the email.
You may include the names and addresses of new members who may not wish to receive UU World. In these cases, make a notation alongside those entries to indicate the person does not want the magazine. We'll add the household so it appears on your Congregation Membership List, but you'll also see a notation that confirms we are not mailing UU World to that particular household.
