Claims with the UU Group Insurance Plans

When an enrolled employee suffers a serious illness or injury and may become disabled, contact groupinsurance @ uua.org .

When an enrolled employee suffers a dismembering accident or dies, contact groupinsurance@uua.org .

Dental claims are filed directly with the insurance carrier, MetLife. Your dental provider typically files these claims.
