Discuss with your co-leader how the workshop went in terms of viewing abilities through a lens of "abled" versus "less abled." Were there moments of awkwardness in the discussion? If so, why do you think that was and how could the discussion have been presented to ease the awkwardness? What did you as co-leaders learn from the youth?
