Has your congregation participated in the restoration efforts in the Gulf Coast region? Research Unitarian Universalist congregations who have done so. Place a map of the United States on a bulletin board in your congregation's fellowship hall and mark the congregations with thumbtacks and yarn connecting them to the Gulf Coast. If your congregation has not participated, challenge them to get involved. If they have participated, challenge them to stay involved.
