Facts in 'turdly splats' are scattered around the board: A child dies every 15 seconds from water-related diseases. One gram of faeces can contain 10,000,000 viruses, 1,000,000 bacteria and 100 parasite eggs. Diseases caused by lack of sanitation keep children out of school. 1.1 billion people live without clean drinking water. 2.6 billion people live without toilets. Washing hands with soap and water can reduce diarrhoeal diseases by over 40%.
