Do they take the audio visual (AV) materials with them? Can we have new facilitators use the DVDs?

These materials are the property of the Unitarian Universalist or United Church of Christ congregation, not the facilitator. The facilitator should not take the AV materials from the congregation. If you have purchased the audio visual components for your congregation, be sure that the materials remain with the congregation and that the congregation’s new facilitators are trained and certified to use the materials.
