Volume 1: Tools for the Lay Leaders
Unitarian Universalists (UUs) from all walks of life; ministers, lay leaders, Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) staff members—were invited to share bits of wisdom about how to lead vital, healthy UU congregations. The result is these 21 essays, each about three minutes long, each addressing some aspect of congregational leadership.
Volume 2: The Best of Interconnections
This volume contains audio essays written by Don Skinner, the editor of InterConnections; the much respected newsletter for leaders of Unitarian Universalist congregations. Each of these 19 essays is between 2 and 6 minutes long.
Volume 3: Small Congregations
- Volume 3: Tracks 1-16 and BONUS Tracks (filled with wonderful insights and are available only on the website)
Drive Time #3 focuses on smaller congregations—those that have fewer than 150 members—and many that have fewer than 50 or 75. There are more than 600 small congregations within our Association. And much of the wisdom included will be equally helpful to mid-size and larger congregations.
