Last October, Jaidyn Bryant (Jr. Dean), Eric Broner (Sr. Dean), Colleen Lee (Sr. Worship Coordinator) and Hannah Rigdon (Sr. Business Manager) travelled all the way to UUA Headquarters in Boston in service of a single mission: to galvanize the youth of our Unitarian Universalist movement. As the executive staff team of Youth Caucus, they are certainly fit to answer the call. They believe that youth are not just the future, but present leaders in our association and as such, youth should have a voice and presence at our largest Unitarian Universalist Association gathering: General Assembly (New Orleans, June 21-25, 2017).

The Youth Caucus executive team wants to create relevant programming centered on racial justice and spiritual development. They want to make sure they’re listening to the youth of our movement. They want to help youth make a statement and turn their focus outward.

But the four of them can’t do it alone. They are going to need 11 (ELEVEN!) other staff members to fulfill this mission.
