Mare Martell (they/them) is a lay chaplain with Oak Ridge (TN) UU Church. They are a caregiver as their primary job and a Death Doula as their secondary job. They live with their 13-year-old Porkie (Pomeranian/Yorkie) mix named Phoenix, and a Russian blue cat named Phreaddie Purrcury. Art is their passion, but service is their calling.
