Lily Rappaport is the Developmental Director of Family Ministries at the UU Congregation in Montclair, NJ, bringing with her 25 years of experience as a religious educator. She is drawn to transitional ministry for its short term, intense nature, and for the potential to make lasting beneficial impact in a congregational setting. “It is rewarding to guide a community through the process of intentional change and to help them face and deal with challenging issues.” She has served congregations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Ohio, and has facilitated the Professional Interim Training online course since 2015.
