Pacific Western Region staff encourage our congregations to take a deep interest in each other; to consider best practices together; to model spiritual leadership with one another; and to share their stories of doubt, risk and transformation. By cultivating connections among our congregations, we seek to inspire new and innovative models of doing church and coach existing congregations to a deeper and a wider practice of faith, hope and love.

Webinars, Workshops and Trainings

We offer in-person and online training, workshops and leadership conversations all year long. Join us for board development days, webinars, workshops, district and regional assemblies and trainings for RE leaders.

Ministerial Transitions

The Ministerial Transition Team supports congregations through the ministerial transition process, starting at the point of the exit and transition interviews and going all the way through the settled search process to the startup workshop with a new minister.

Youth Ministry

From camps to cons, there's all kinds of activities for youth happening all across the Pacific Western Region. Find resources about youth groups, youth leadership, diversity team, scholarships and so much more.

In an effort to make resources as accessible as possible we provide a range of downloadable materials and links. These resources come to us from a variety of sources, including presentation materials from our own workshops and webinars.

Regional Collaboration

Out here in the largest UUA region we know how critical it is to be working together as congregations and denomination. Regionalization, or “regional collaboration,” is a restructuring of how services are provided to congregations, begun in 2011.
