Rev. Sarah Movius Schurr

The Pacific Western Region (PWR) Ministerial Transitions Team (MTT), led by Rev. Sarah Movius Schurr, supports congregations through the ministerial transition process, starting at the point of the exit and transition interviews and going all the way through the settled search process to the startup workshop with a new minister.  If you have questions about Ministerial Transitions, please contact Rev. Schurr at sschurr [at] uua [dot] org (subject: Ministerial%20Transitions%20-%20PWR%20Site%20Inquiry) .

You might also look at the transitions videos you can find on the web site of the Mid-America region of the UUA—they are designed specifically to support congregations during times of change.  Note, though, that the way transitions are done in the Pacific Western Region is slightly different than in Mid-America.  This list of Frequently Asked Questions describes those differences.
