Wayne B. Clark was the director of Congregational Fundraising Services for the Unitarian Universalist Association. He holds a doctorate in human and organizational systems and has been an organizational development consultant for more than twenty-five years. He has consulted with more than three hundred faith communities, non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Clark lives in Portland, Maine.
