Louise Bednarik

Louise Bednarik is the LGBTQ/SOGI program intern at the Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office for the summer of 2018. She grew up in Port Townsend, Washington going to Quimper Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. She is now a rising senior at Haverford College, located just outside of Philadelphia, where she majors in political science with a concentration in peace, justice, and human rights. She is excited for the opportunity to intern at the UU-UNO and learn about how UUs can contribute to advancing human rights at the UN. After graduating in 2019 she plans to work at a social justice organization for a couple years and then attend law school.
