Rev. Leah Ongiri (previously Hart-Landsberg) is the associate minister at the Fox Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Appleton, Wisconsin, where she has served since 2012.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, she grew up in a Jewish and Unitarian Universalist family. She has been a child, member, lay leader, staff member, and minister at UU congregations in Oregon, Washington, California, New Jersey, and Florida. She received her Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Starr King School for the Ministry. She co-edited the Skinner House book Jewish Voices in Unitarian Universalism and is a past president of UUs for Jewish Awareness. Leah lives with her spouse Amy, their four children, a high maintenance cat, and an elderly beta fish.
