Amanda Radak is the Events and Communications Coordinator for Lifespan Faith Engagement of the Unitarian Universalist Association. She started in 2014 as Registrar for half a region and since, has enjoyed the continually evolving role. A well-organized event allows participants to focus on the purpose of their gathering, be that content, challenge, or connection. She finds satisfaction in creating that space from her home office in the Seattle suburbs.

Amanda has spent almost two decades working with the local UU youth both as a youth advisor and on youth conference staff. Board, facilities and ministerial search work are just not as rewarding as working with our young folk.

Amanda is looking forward to launching her young adult children. She enjoys a good book, making things with string, and volunteering at the local animal shelter. She shares her home with her children, spouse of 20+ years, and a series of foster felines.
