Theme: Returning Again to Practice
Ingathering, homecomings, back-to-school, new years — this is the time of year for return, as well as reflection on starting anew. Maybe your congregation is already at work changing culture within. Maybe there are big plans in the works for something new this year.
What will support you in practicing Spiritual Leadership this year?
What practices have become second nature?
What practices do you want to return to?
What practices need recommitment?
In the September gatherings, we will reflect on the cyclical nature of practices and consider together how the Practices of Spiritual Leadership support culture change in our congregations.
Once again, there will be two 90-minute sessions from which to choose. In order for us to anticipate the number of participants for each session, please register by September 25th for the one you plan to attend.
Evening offering: Tuesday, September 26, 7:00-8:30pm ET*
Daytime offering: Thursday, September 28, 1:00-2:30pm ET*
*Each offering will have the same program. You only need to choose one to attend.
We will send details for joining each 90 minute gathering as it approaches. There is pre-work (Google doc) for this gathering.
