UUA Seminarians of Color, Latina/o and Hispanic, and Multiracial

The Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) Seminarians of Color group serves as a networking and support opportunity for seminarians who identify as African, Caribbean, Native/American Indian, Asian and Pacific Islander, Latina/o and Hispanic, Middle Eastern/Arab, Multiracial and Multiethnic Unitarian Universalists.

Each month during the academic year, we come together by conference call in order to share and support our lives as we navigate the road that leads to becoming ordained ministers in the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations.

During our conference calls, we check-in with community, highlight joys/concerns, prayers, praises in an intentional space of love for one another through hospitality and grace.

We invite mentors, leaders, and theologians to our conference calls for their insights, guidance, and direction as we acknowledge the challenges of journey.

We share opportunities by which we can collectively join in face-to-face encounters such as the professionals of color retreat, UU General Assembly, and DRUUMM (Diverse Revolutionary Unitarian Universalist Multicultural Ministries) Fall Conference.
