MidAmerica Regional Assembly Exhibitors

The best place to load/unload your displays will be the East Ballroom doors - as you stand outside the front entrance to the hotel, facing the entrance, these doors will be to your left.

Please check in at Registration for your Exhibitor name badge. Those of you registered for RA will also need to get attendee name badges and packet at the Registration table.

We will have signs to indicate your assigned tables.

Hours: Friday 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Setup: You may begin as early as 2:00 pm on Friday. Please have your area cleared by 8 pm on Saturday.

Exhibitors, your table fee includes lunch for one person. If you haven't already purchased lunch for your staff, there is a restaurant in the hotel and several restaurants nearby.

What is Provided for Exhibits

Each exhibitor will be provided one table, 30" x 6-foot long, that will be skirted. Electricity is available for a limited number of tables. Exhibitors requiring electricity will need to provide their own power strips, and any cords running across a walk-way area will need to be fully taped down by the exhibitor.

NOTE: The exhibits will be located in an unsecured area. If you have concerns about leaving your exhibit or items out on the table overnight, you may want to consider setting up on Saturday morning.

MidAmerica Region reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dismiss, prohibit, or evict any exhibit or exhibitor that does not conform to the dignity and general business character of the MidAmerica Regional Assembly or to the stated principles of the Unitarian Universalist Association. If evicted, the exhibitor will not be eligible for any refund of registration fees.
