This year, we will be holding our MidAmerica Region Annual Business Meeting virtually at 7:00 pm Central, 8:00 pm Eastern, on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Please use the links on the left sidebar or below to view our business meeting documents and to learn more about our 2023 Annual Business Meeting.
Registration and Meeting Connection Information
Participants interested in attending our Annual Business Meeting must register through our Registration Page to receive the meeting connection information. There is no cost to attend but you must register in advance. Registration for our Annual Business Meeting closes on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 5:00 pm Central, 6:00 pm Eastern. All delegates must be credentialed online by their congregation prior to the meeting no later than 5:00 pm Central, 6:00 pm Eastern on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Delegates must also register separately to attend the Business Meeting.

Certification of Delegates
We are asking congregations to certify their delegates through our online system. Details and links have been emailed to congregational leaders. If your minister, administrator, or president hasn't received this, they should reach out to midamerica@uua.org and let us know.
It is mandatory that the congregation submit the names through our delegate certification portal for all lay and professional delegates from their congregation by no later than 5:00 pm Central, 6:00 pm Eastern time on Sunday, June 4, 2023. It will NOT be possible to certify your delegates after this time.
How to Vote
Our business meeting will be held through Zoom, and we will be using a separate online polling software available through either a web browser interface or a mobile device that allows texting. You will thereby need to be able to attend the Zoom meeting and have access to a web browser or mobile device available to vote during the meeting.

We will also be holding three online sessions in June for delegates to learn more about our delegate polling software. You can sign up for one of these tutorial webinars using the registration links below.
