Now that we’re entering our third month of social distancing, we’re beginning to discover the possibilities (and well as the limits) of maintaining a virtual religious organization. Congregations have learned how to do exciting online worship, hold virtual business meetings, and stay connected via Zoom. And your MidAmerica staff has successfully transformed a face-to-face Regional Assembly into a virtual one. One thing for certain is that we will all need to continue to explore new ways of “doing church” in the months ahead. As always, your MidAmerica regional staff is here to help.
