This is a friendly reminder that each year, congregations are required to submit their annual Certification of Membership report online by the end of business on February 1 to the UUA. Congregations should have received their login credentials via email. You may file the report online, and review the Certification Worksheet for congregations, when you log in to the congregation's Data Services account online. Login here to update your certification.
