Faith Curriculum Library: Shared Values

JETPIG Cooperative Challenge

By Sara Krakauer, First Parish in Malden Universalist, Malden, MA

Plush JETPIG

This is a 6-session curriculum to teach children about the 6 values of Unitarian Universalism (article two) through imagination and teamwork. Each session, children will be presented with a story about the JETPIG that challenges them to solve a problem. They will have to use teamwork to figure out how to help the JETPIG. Each session’s challenge will allow children to reflect on one of the six values.

(Originally the author developed this concept for a cooperative egg hunt for all ages in March of 2024, and decided to adapt it into a larger curriculum so it could be used by others.)
