Our lay-led service decor featured flag pennants and hanging "Blue Marble" globe. For opening words we showed the UN 3-minute film of the Preamble in 5 languages. "The Butter Battle" by Dr Seuss was the Story for all Ages. We played UN Jeopardy to share facts. A VIUF member with extensive experience working with UN agencies in the developing world shared her insights, criticisms and thoughts on the role of the UN today. We sang "Fuente de Amor". We appreciated the planning packet, and brought the info up-to-date. We took a collection for UU-UNO.
