Good morning. I'm Lauren Wyatt, your director of Children, Youth and Family ministries, and I'm here at Powderhorn Park this morning to lead us in a meditation that uses our bodies. You might want to find a spot where you can stretch out a little bit. If your body feels like it and is able, you might want to stand. I'm going to teach us the steps of this meditation and then we'll go through it together a few times. It starts with our arms extended and a deep breath in. As we breathe out, we bring our hands to our chest. And then in again, we reach our hands up to the sky. As we breathe out, we bow down toward the earth.
