As we retool for the new reality that we're living into and don't know its going to look like yet, one form, one pattern that I think we need to embrace fully is the pattern of the human circle. This is a very old pattern. Humans have been gathering in circles and listening to the wisdom of the group for eons. Somehow, along the way, we came up with a different way of making decisions where we  have people in charge who make the decisions. But I'm thinking what we need to do is to re-introduce the circle as our core organizing principle in our congregations. And this is a series of videos about how that will look.
