Sheri Phillabaum

Sheri Phillabaum is a former English professor having held faculty positions at universities in Florida and Texas. Since 2001 she has worked as a director of religious education at Unitarian Universalist churches in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. She holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and a Ph.D. in Renaissance drama and is an award- winning playwright. Sheri loves being out in nature and taking nice, long hikes. She lives in San Antonio, TX, with her husband Dr. Roy Ellzey, an astronomy enthusiast and passionate advocate for dark skies.
