UBarU Camp and Retreat Center serves Unitarian Universalist congregations as well as other groups consistent with the mission for religious retreats and educational programs. Our mission is to provide a welcoming, peaceful place to gather for spiritual, educational, and recreational purposes in harmony with our Unitarian Universalist principles and the land. We offer retreats, family and youth camps, star parties, workshops and opportunities for independent retreats. UBarU is a dark sky park working with the surrounding communities to protect the night sky. UBarU seeks to support the wildlife that inhabits the 142 campus while offering humans an opportunity to protect and enjoy the natural habitat of the Hill Country.
