Gallardo, Rev. Tet
Rev. Tet Gallardo is a Balazs Scholar 2016-2017 and now President and Executive Minister of the UU Church of the Philippines. She has worked for 40 NGOs and consultant for government and business. Now she works with about 2,000 UU farmers to put in place climate actions that would help in food security and church life.

Gallardo would like to share the history of how Filipinos have thought as Unitarians and Universalists even before the Americans came, how Enlightenment and the Renaissance were rooted in Eastern values and how democracy didn't start with the Greeks but was borne of the resistance of the Persians with influences from Indians.
