Rev. Dr. Edward Frost retired in 2005, having served almost 60 years in the UU parish ministry. He is Senior Minister Emeritus of the UU Congregation of Atlanta, Georgia where he served from 1989 to 2005. Prior to moving to Atlanta he served the UU Congregation of Princeton, NJ, for 13 years. Service Information: Rev. Frost's worship structure is traditional. His sermon themes are diverse. He won the Borden prize for sermon writing in 2005 with a sermon called "Playing With the Italians," which was published in the UU World. Several of his sermons (including “Fathers” have been published in “Quest,” the journal of the Church of the Larger Fellowship. He tend to speak on “The Way We Live Now,” spiritual development, "Huckleberry Finn and the Damned Human Race,” aging, optimism, revisiting the Bible, compassion, the Purposes and Principles (cf. my book). Rev. Frost has a masters degree in pastoral counseling and, when earlier in New Jersey, was a Fellow of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. His doctorate is from Meadville Lombard with a major in contemporary liberal religion
