Want to join the CER Team? Job Opening for Field Staff

With Paula Cole Jones completing her much-valued interim time with the region in June 2020, we will be beginning the search process for a Congregational Life Field Staff person in the new year. Start date will be Summer of 2020. Check out the job description (PDF).

What does it take to be CER Field Staff? We want someone who wants to help Unitarian Universalism flourish and has a deep understanding of congregational dynamics. You would need strong relational skills, the ability to build and foster trust, engage in deep listening, and regularly interact with complex and high-intensity interpersonal dynamics. The right person will bring their unique qualities to the CER team to help us all be better at our work. We’re particularly interested in folx with qualities, skills and identities we don’t already have on the team. This job comes with a good bit of travel and weekend work and is centered in the southeastern corner of the region – eastern Pennsylvania, Delmarva, New Jersey area.
