Announcing Project UUntitled!

This week we have a guest post from an enterprising group of youth organizing a new network.

We are a group of UU Youth from around the US, who have come together with the goal of creating a platform to let youth and youth groups of our faith connect nationally. Working in conjunction with the Lifespan Faith Engagement Office at the UUA, we have brainstormed and planned over the past few months about how we can form a national youth community building and support network.

We are very excited to announce that we have created a Mighty Network to accomplish this goal. A Mighty Network is a platform that allows groups to connect virtually to build community. You can read more about it on their website.

We're So Close! Register and take our survey to join youth in our network.

In order to build the best possible network, we want to hear from UU youth across the country about their experiences and opinions about online communities. Here’s a survey for youth to fill out.

We were wondering if you would pass along this information and the link to the survey to any UU youth that you are connected to? In order to connect youth groups and youth programs from congregations around the nation, we need adults to help spread the word!

After we compile the survey results, we’ll send out updates with more ways youth can get involved in the building and launch of the network, so keep an eye out for that!

Thank you for supporting UU youth and helping us grow our faith through community building!

Sincerely,

Genevieve Baldwin, Evan Cannon, Paige Cupp, Tehya Daniels, Sage Hirschfeld, and Arianna Whittaker
