Three Kinds of Grants

Thanks to the generosity of the Panel on Theological Education, the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) offers three kinds of grants for starting and sustaining a program:

  • Seeding Grants are incentive grants for regions that have individuals who are enthusiastic about starting a program in their area.  Coaching is provided.
  • Restart Grants support fledgling programs that need a reboot including recruiting new leadership, reaching out to seminarians and candidates in the region, and creating first steps from the In Care Program Guide.
  • Step-up Grants support vibrant programs that are ready to build on past success including creating a strong volunteer steering team and adding elements from the In Care Program Guide.

In order to apply for a grant, contact the mcodirector [at] uua [dot] org (Ministerial Credentialing Office Director) at the UUA.
