ACTIVATE! A PRE-GENERAL ASSEMBLY TRAINING

MISSISSIPPI CIVIL RIGHTS JOURNEY
Youth and adults are invited on this bus tour, where we’ll learn about UUism’s civil rights history, celebrate the 50th anniversary of Freedom Summer, and connect to modern civil rights issues. July 5–12.
NATIONAL YOUTH JUSTICE TRAININGS New Orleans: Join us to create a beloved community for one week, as we engage in transformative justice education enlivened by this city’s rich cultural history. July 12–20.
Boston: Come to the heart of UUism for a two-week training on minimum wage, workers’ rights, and our own roles as change-makers in our communities. July 19–August 1.
Seattle: This brand new one-week program will connect with youth rights organizations across Seattle and explore the foundations of human rights work. August 9–15.
