The following post was written by Beth Dana and Betty Jeanne Rueters-Ward, two people involved with congregations in the New York City area that have actively engaged with the Occupy movement. Youth groups and multigenerational teams from congregations throughout the New York City area have taken interest in the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement this fall and winter.
