Instructions for Online Statement Access
In order to access your account online you need to fill out our online form.
PLEASE NOTE that you will be receiving your log-in information (via an email from Susan Helbert) about the first week of the following month. For example, you could fill out the survey February 11th or February 23rd, but either way you will be receiving your password the first week of March.
